2011 AGM - May 11th at 7.00pm
The Rukuhia School PTA (Parent Teacher Association) would like to invite new parents to join us for our fun, informative meetings. We currently hold them on the first Wednesday of every month at 7.00 pm (excluding school holidays).
The PTA run several fundraising events over the year and also would like to hold FAMILY FUN events that are free or of minimal cost. We believe community spirit is important and we aim to have the community and school work togehter to maintain and build good relationships.
The goal for the next few years: To fundraise to upgrade the amenities for the school swimming pool, which is a HUGE asset to the school and the community. We also intend on spending some of our fundraising profits on much needed sports equipment.
