Hello, my name is Olivia Kroef and I’m thrilled to be your child’s teacher this year. This will be my third year teaching at Rukuhia School. I have recently completed my Bachelor of Health, Sport and Human Performance Science, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Primary Teaching. During my sports degree, I focused a lot on Coaching and Hauora (well-being). Students’ well-being is something that I place a huge importance on. In my spare time I enjoy being active. I am involved in social touch and netball teams. Through my life experiences, I have developed a desire to be a teacher and how to adapt learning for all so that everyone has the opportunity for success, and also understand success looks different for everyone.
